Hello City Commissioners,
Forgive me if this is not the appropriate way to send this to all of you but I found this webinarand Q & A after to be very informative. I hope you do too. There are three very
knowledgeable presenters talking about the fiscal impacts of different development patterns.Given our newly adopted Community Plan, our Housing Plan and soon to be adopted Climate
Plan, I think it is well worth the time (however it is quite long...2 hours).Thank you,

government services. Panelists included Arthur (Chris) Nelson of the University of
Arizona, Kevin Shepherd of Verdunity, and Shawn Kessel, interim Commerce
Commissioner at the State of North Dakota.
