I urge you to follow the health department's request and delay action on Ordinance 2055. With the city in a
health crisis and struggling with affordable housing it seems foolish to undertake a project with dubious
health consequences while directing tax incentive dollars toward a recently formed out of state developer.
With growth exploding we hardly need to spend our money on a questionable project with a company with
little or no track record to possibly grow more. Please focus on matters with which your community is
struggling not the sweet song of yet another developer.
