Good day. Bozeman Cohousing has submitted an amendment to increase the size of the common area. The
intention is to build community for this Cohousing development. Community development is I believe, a
common good, to promote good citizens and fellowship and less environmental stress. Please allow their

Amending the allowed uses in the R-3 Medium Density Residential to R-O Residential Office zoning districts
