Subject: [SENDER UNVERIFIED]Southbridge Living (Concept App #19485) - Lot 1, Block 5, Southbridge Ph1A
Anna,
Attached is a draft of a site plan that we are preparing for submittal. I am requesting a waiver from the
requirement of a traffic study for the site. The project is located on Lot 1, Block 5 of Southbridge Subdivision,
Phase 1A. The project is proposed to contain two residential duplexes and two residential four-plexes (a total
of 12 dwelling units). If you could respond with an email stating that we do not need to prepare a traffic study
for our site plan submittal that would be great.
Thanks,
Matt Cotterman, P.E., P.L.S.
