BMC 38.520.040.D. – Pathway design. All pathways must have a minimum 5’ unobstructed surface
unless they are serving individual units and would not be used by other tenants at any point.
All pathways have been redesigned to have 5’ min. width.
BMC 38.520.060. – Useable residential open space. Move the benches in the northern open space area
towards the southern end of the open space so they are more centralized and further away from the
slope of the pond.
The benches in the northern open space have been relocated.
Add additional landscaping as screening to the open space areas adjacent to ground floor windows.
Additional landscaping has been added, see L-1
Add two benches to the open space to the south, overlooking the watercourse/open space so that there
is another open space area in a centralized location for the tenants on the south of the property.
Two additional benches have been added to the open space to the south. The total area of the
common open space has been adjusted.
