The following roads will continue to be maintained by MDT. MDT will also maintain North 19th Street from East Valley Center Drive (FAS235) south to Main Street (FAP50), with the exception of the mowing of grass in the raised medians between Durston and Main, which will continue to be done by the City of Bozeman. This route begins where it intersects S205 MP 25.5 at MP 0.0, then travels south under I-90 to provide access to local county roads. The bike path and the sidewalk will be maintained by the County. MDT will also continue to maintain the intersection of Jackrabbit Lane and Amsterdam Road. The following roads, which have historically been maintained by Gallatin County for MDT, will continue to be maintained by Gallatin County. These routes are all roads which pass under I-90 and connect to County -maintained roads and are under 0.2 miles in length. X16045 -2201 MP 2.2- 2.3 Frontage Road — Manhattan — this route is located south of I-90 at MP 287.6. This route travels north under I-90 to provide access to county roads on each side of I-90. X16063 -2201 MP 0.1 - 0.3 Heeb Lane County Road This route is located north of I-90 at MP 291.6. This route begins where it intersects S205 MP 13.8 at MP 0. 1, then travels south under I-90 to provide access to local county roads. X16150 - 2201 MP 0.1 - 0.3 Thorpe Road This route is located north of I-90 at MP 293.2. This route begins where it intersects S205 MP 15.4 at MP 0. 1, then travels south to provide access to local routes on each side of I-90. X16204 - 2210 MP 0.2- 0.3 Fort Ellis Road This route is located south of I-90 at MP 311.0. This route travels north under I-90 to provide access to local housing on each side of I-90. Gallatin County will also continue to plow: Kagy Blvd. east of Highland Blvd. The City or County will plow, whoever gets there first. City will maintain annexed portions. Manley Road from Griffin Drive north. If it is not yet plowed when the City goes to plow the Gallatin Industrial Park Subdivision, the City will plow from Griffin Drive to the north loop of Gallatin Park Drive. Harper Puckett north of Baxter. City will maintain city section. County will plow. Cottonwood south of Huffine to canal. County will plow. City will clean up turn lanes and maintain. The City will clean up turn lanes and maintain. The following streets have historically been maintained by the City of Bozeman and will continue to be so maintained. X16699 -2201 MP 0.0- 0.1 L Street (Wallace to Bridger Drive) by Idaho Pole This route is located under I-90 at MP 308.0. Durston Road The City of Bozeman will assume all maintenance on this route to the end of the pavement past Cottonwood Road to Westgate Avenue. Westgate to Love Lane is maintained by the County. E. Griffin Drive (Rouse to Story Mill Road). Griffin Drive (N. 7th to Rouse) Haggerty Lane This route starts at MP 90.4 +/- on P50 and goes southeast for 1.0 mile. The City or County, whoever gets there first, will plow this route. When the City plows Ellis Street in the early morning they will also plow the parking lane of Haggerty from Ellis to Main, as needed. S. Church (Main St. to Kagy Blvd) South 19" Avenue (FAU1201) from Main Street (P50) south to Blackwood Road. The City of Bozeman will plow if not already done by the County. South 19th Avenue south of Blackwood Road will be maintained by the County. McIlhattan Road - to end of the pavement. County will plow gravel road. N. 25th - from Beall to Durston. City will plow N. 25th from Babcock to Beall with the grader when they do residential streets in the area. Davis Lane from Baxter Lane, north to Valley Center Road. The City will plow and maintain this route. Baxter Lane — from North 7th Avenue (FAU1207). The City of Bozeman will assume all maintenance on this route from North 7th Avenue to North 19th Avenue, and from North 19th west to Harper Puckett, as Priority 2. Willow Way, between Lincoln and Kagy. The City will plow when Lincoln Street is plowed. Story Mill Road between Bridger Drive and Wallace Avenue. The City or County, whoever gets to it first, will plow Story Mill. The City of Bozeman will also continue to perform routine maintenance on the MDT constructed storm sewer system. Moss Bridge Road. City will plow and maintain.
