RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
COMES NOW the City of Bozeman, 121 N. Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59715, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana,the GRANTOR,does hereby release and reconvey
the following described easement unto Center Arrow Partners,LLC, with a mailing address of P.O.
Box 1633,Bozeman, MT 59771,the GRANTEE, as follows:
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Grantor is the legal record title holder of a 60' public street and utility
easement situated along the east line of Lot R1,Block 5, Westbrook Subdivision,Phase 4, City of
Bozeman, Gallatin County,Montana.
WHEREAS the above public street and utility easement was granted by the filing of the plat
of Westbrook Subdivision,Phases 2, 3,and 4, on April 14, 2017 as Document Number 2577238,
records of the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS the installation of street and utility infrastructure will not be needed as an
alternative street section was installed that did not require the full 60'right-of-way.The vacation of
the 60' foot wide public street and utility easement along the east line of said Lot Rl, Block 5,
Westbrook Subdivision, Phase 4 will not adversely impact the Grantor's interests.
WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Center Arrow Partners,
LLC,the 60' foot wide street and public utility easement along the east line of said Lot Rl,Block 5,
Westbrook Subdivision,Phase 4,together with any right,title,or interest that the Grantor may have
in said public street and utility easement.
