Good Morning,
This email may be considered late, but I was unable to attend/watch the last City Commission meeting due
to a work obligation. I live on L Street near the Idaho Pole Superfund Site and would like to submit my
concern regarding additional traffic flow through this part of town should development occur. I understand
options are limited, even more so until Rouse fully opens, for travel in/out of the NE neighborhood, but this
narrow road runs through a residential neighborhood and I'm curious to know how the City feels about
keeping pedestrians (and horses-a unique and valued aspect to this part of town) safe. With more and
more cars traveling this route, often speeding, and joggers/walkers attempting to connect to the trail
system around the bend, this will only continue to become a greater concern.
If anyone is willing and able to offer me additional information as to how I can participate in this exciting
process please let me know.
