As a resident of the NE neighborhood, particularly close to the proposed Idaho Pole URD, I'd like to express
my concerns about the amount of traffic this could create. As we have seen this summer with the closure of
Rouse Ave, the streets around Wallace/Peach can't support the added traffic long term. Without a more in-
depth traffic plan, I think the project should be delayed until more detailed information about the proposal
are available to the local residents. This is not a general NIMBY statement and I would very likely support
the URD with more time and information. Sincerely, Ben Landry
