A stripof land 25 feet in width off the north end of SW 1/4,NW 1/4 of Section 9,
Township 2 South,Range 5 East of P.M.M.,GallatinCounty,Montana.(Deed Reference
Book 124,Page 398,and Doc.No.2411374).
Reserving unto the GRANTOR a perpetualeasement for a drainagepipelineand access
thereto over,under and across the east 80 feet of the property described above.The
purpose of saideasement isforthe dischargeof excess groundwater and stormwater from
NORTON EAST RANCH SUBDIVISION PHASE 3A,City of Bozeman,Gallatin
County,Montana,intoAajker Creek.
TOGETHER with alltenements,hereditaments,and appurtenances theretobelonging,and the
reversionand reversions,remainder and remainders,rents,issuesand profitsthereof;and alsoall

as in equity,of the GRANTOR.
