This Amendment to the Agreement for Services (“Amendment”) effective as of August 30th, 2020, is
entered into by and between City of Bozeman, Montana, (“City”) and Montana State University
(“Contractor”), each referred to individually as ‘Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
The Parties entered into that certain Agreement for Services, dated June 5, 2020 (“Agreement”). The
Parties agree to further amend the Agreement for Services as follows:
1. Term has been extended from August 30, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement for Services remain the same. To express the Parties’
intent to be bound by this Amendment, they have executed this agreement on the dates set forth
below.
