1. Park City, Utah: How condominiums are written into their Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance
policy and program. (Jason Glidden, Housing Development Manager, Park City Municipal
Corporation)

1. CAHAB consideration of a Community Housing Fund Request from Foothold Housing
Solutions to pay $39,915 towards design service costs for publicly available, affordable
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

Suggested Motion Language: Having reviewed and discussed the application materials, applicant’s
presentation, and staff recommendations, I move that CAHAB recommend the City Commission deny
the grant request of Foothold Housing Solutions at this time.
2. CAHAB consideration of a Community Housing Fund Request from Headwaters
Community Housing Trust for $620,000 for the 31 affordable homes in the Bridger View
Redevelopment PUD.

Suggested Motion Language: Having reviewed and discussed the application materials, applicant’s
presentation, and staff recommendations, I move that CAHAB recommend the City Commission deny
the grant request of Headwaters Community Housing Trust at this time.
G. Discussion
1. CAHAB member progress reports on information and resources they are gathering to
provide basis for discussion and recommendation to staff on including condominiums in
the scope of the Affordable Housing Ordinance. Next steps for this project will be
discussed.
