Dear Jacob,
On behalf of our client, Summit Management Group, we are submitting a Revisions and Corrections #2 to
the Site Plan application for review for the proposed “Timber Ridge Apartments – Senior Residential
Affordable Housing Facility” located on Lot 5A of Block 8 of West Winds Major Subdivision Phase 2A &
2B, Plat J-445-D, at 2769 Tschache Lane.
Revisions to the submittal documents have been made per City of Bozeman comments on the Resubmittal
#1 Site Plan Application. This is the second Revisions and Corrections to the original Site Plan application.
Included in our resubmittal package is a fully updated, complete digital application. The resubmittal
consists of the following items:
