RECOMMENDATION: Engage in exercises to identify the Commission’s challenges,
priorities, and expectations.
STRATEGIC PLAN: 7.1 Values-driven Culture: Promote a values-driven organizational culture that reinforces ethical behavior, exercises transparency and maintains the community’s trust.
BACKGROUND: On October 7, 2020, Jennifer Madgic was appointed to the vacant
position on the City Commission. In an effort to create a meaningful
dialogue in order to know each other better, build trust among one another, develop more self-awareness, and establish communication standards, the City Commission and the City Manager have scheduled a Commission retreat facilitated by Leadership Outfitters.
