We live in Sundance Springs and the area is residential. It is a wonderful area and should remain residential.
There are many areas that are more suited to industrial use such as along Huffine. The rapid expansion
which benefits developers is spoiling the rural character of Bozeman and if allowed to continue will spoil
this wonderful community forever. We oppose industrial development on the 120 acres north of
Goldenstein. You can already see how the many white apartment buildings has already spoiled the
appearance of south Bozeman. Do not continue to add to this negative change to our community. Thank
you for the opportunity to respond.
