I'm submitting comments in support of action items #2 and #4, on the trail and pathway projects that GVLT
and the City have been working on. As a lifetime biker and a year-round bike commuter in Bozeman, I
strongly support any improvements that will encourage more people to use their bicycles for transportation
and recreation. Both of these projects look to be well thought out and are necessary as Bozeman grows.
The importance of reducing the number of cars on our roads and use of fossil fuels cannot be overstated.
The benefits of bicycling are manyfold and available to people of all ages and income levels. Please approve
both projects.
