The proportional credit for the subject property is 5.33 AF/ac, so for the 2.04 acre property a credit of 10.9 AF is available. This available credit is sufficient to cover the anticipated demand of the lot upon development. No CILWR are required for this project. The proposed development will consist of 10 2-unit condominiums, a concept site plan is attached for reference. I believe there was some CIL provided with the subdivision, but, I’m not sure if it will cover the proposed development. Could you provide us with an amount (if any) of cash in lieu of water rights required for this project? Please let us know if you need any more information. Thank You, Drew Carter, E.I.
