GENERAL NOTES:
1.ALL FUTURE PHASE, ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE, PROPOSED STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS ARE TO BE FURTHER EVALUATED AT THE TIME OF FUTURE
DEVELOPMENT BASED UPON SPECIFIC FUTURE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
AND WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY AT THAT TIME. ALL
FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS WILL NEED TO MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS.
2.TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY UPDATES SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON PLANNING AND
