1. CAHAB review of Norton East Ranch Subdivision Affordable Housing Plan

a) Staff report with supporting documents from the September 9, 2020 CAHAB meeting
Suggested Motion Language:
Having reviewed the materials provided, considered the applicant’s presentation, and reviewed the
findings contained in the staff memorandum, I hereby move to recommend the approval of the
Norton East Ranch Subdivision Affordable Housing Plan.
2. CAHAB consideration of a grant request for $500,000 from Human Resource
Development Council to pay renovation costs for Darlinton Manor and the Boulevards
Apartments.

I move to recommend the City Commission approve a grant from the Community Housing Fund in the
amount of $500,000 to the Human Resouce Development Council for the Darlinton Manor and
Boulevards Apartments preservation project.

1. Update on the Engineering Design Standards Review project
2. Update on the Community Housing Policy and Practice Review project
3. CAHAB member progress reports on information and resources they are gathering to
provide basis for discussion and recommendation to staff on including condominiums in
the scope of the Affordable Housing Ordinance. Next steps for this project will be
discussed.

4. Update on GateBridge and the exploration of affordable housing in Opportunity Zones.
5. Posing the idea of setting aside some portion of Community Housing Fund for Land
