My name is Mary Makris. I support Chris Coburn for appointment as the new City Commission member,
and hope you will do the same. He is the right person to help guide Bozeman towards an equitable and
sustainable future, and represent the interests of people who are not often at the table. As a renter and
someone who would love to someday own a home in Bozeman, I would appreciate having Chris (who is
also a renter) at the table to advocate for action on affordable housing. He has a great background in public
health, and a proven track record of being collaborative and proactive. I am confident that he will bring a
fresh perspective, but also be able to offer it in a way that respects the city commission's previous work,
and the interests of all Bozemanites. Thank you.
