Jeff,I know I was planning on a significant number of questions tonight for the Community Plan. LindaSemones was kind enough to provide this document (which had many of my questions) that Tom Rogersalready answered. If I missed this in the agenda folder, my apologies.
If not, this is on the web and a great resource for our other commissioners heading into the meeting.

Dear Mr. Wallner,
Here are some questions and answers that Tom Rogers was kind enought to take the time
to write answers for. While appreciating the amount of work this was, it is evident that the
planning branch of the city has no intention of creating a transition zone between B3 and
residential properties. In fact, the answer states that the preferable option would be to allow
the tall massive buildings to encroach, in order to increase density in the R zones. In that way,
the older single family homes will gradually disappear. Very disheartening. But I do thank Mr.
Rogers for his complete responses.

Thank you for your call the other day. I am hoping this email serves as a response. Although you
suggested a written response is not needed, we already embarked down that path and will “publish”
the questions and responses on the project web site because we think others would appreciate the
information. Without any names of course.
