I am a Bozeman city resident and I live at 206 Cypress Ave. and I am writing is support of Christopher
Colburn for City Commission. I have had the great pleasure of working with him professionally for several
years, and during that time I have been consistently impressed with his thoughtful, respectful and informed
approach to addressing major issues that face our community, such as health care, mental health, childcare
and housing. He is a strong leader for our community, with a demonstrated ability to bring individuals with
disparate points of view to the table and be able to find common ground. I believe this balanced judgement
and ability to listen to the views of others will make him a very effective Commissioner. He is a strong
advocate for many underserved populations in our community, and his representation in this public office
will give voice to the many young professionals in Bozeman who are the future of economic growth in our
community. Chris is a trusted member of our community, and his appointment to the City Commission will
demonstrate to Bozeman's citizens that the City holds true to the values and priorities its has espoused.
