Dear Susan and Bill:
May this letter serve to formalize our agreement to lease you one parking space in me Community
Health Partners' parking lot located at 303 E. Mendenhall Street, Bozeman (legal description: Bozeman
original plat, located in Section 7,Township 2 South, Range 6 East, Block I, Lots 11-13) beginning May 26,
2020 and being in force as long as Community Health Partners (CHP) owns the parking lot. The parking
space shall be made available seven days per week from 3:00—11:00 pm. There will be no fee for the
space. This agreement will be reviewed by both parties annually.
Cafe Fresco agrees to provide signage for the parking space which shall be designated as the furthest
northeast spot adjacent to Bozeman Creek. This spot shall be provided to a staff member as chosen by
Cafe Fresco and the staff member's vehicle description shall be provided to CHP management. Cafe
Fresco understands that because CHP does not actively monitor and control the parking lot(with a
parking attendant,for example), CHP cannot guarantee the availability of the parking space, however,
both parties agree that with designated signage,the hope is that it will be available to Cafe Fresco for
the majority of the specified time.
The notarized signatures below shall memorialize this agreement.
