UTILITIES ARE KNOWNTO EXIST IN THE PROJECT AREA. THE 1-CALL NUMBER FOR MT IS 1-800-424-5555. ALLUTILITY INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE PLANS IS FROM THE BEST AVAILABLE DATA AT THETIME OF SITE SURVEY.
