1. Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless they are in the off-leash dog park.
2. Only friendly, well-socialized dogs allowed.
3. If your dog is aggressive toward another dog or person, please remove them immediately.
4. Dog park hours are from sunrise to sunset.
5. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent
or guardian. Not all dogs react well to children.
6. Use dog waste bags and dispose of dog waste in provided
trash containers.
7. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations.
8. No alcohol is permitted in the park.
9. Be respectful of other dog owners and please communicate
with others.
DOG PARK RULES
1. You are liable for any injury any dog under your supervision causes to any other dog or person.
2. You assume the risk of possible injury to yourself and your dog.
3. The off-leash dog park is not escape-proof. You dog may escape from the fenced area and you
assume the risk of any injury or damage to your dog, or caused by your dog as a result of your
dog’s escape.
4. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County and Run Dog Run each
disclaims all liabilities for any and all damage or injury caused by dogs at this facility.
5. Usage of facility constitutes acceptance of this disclosure.
