1. Bozeman Community Plan 2020 - Project Location: The proposed growth policy applies to the
entire City and its defined planning area, Application 16521 (Saunders)
Consider: Review of a new growth policy to entirely replace the existing growth policy. A growth policy
documents community values, establishes goals, and translates those to planning for locations and
nature of future land development. The adopted growth policy guides development of regulations,
annexation, infrastructure installation and funding, and budget priorities. No final action will be taken at
this hearing, direction for revisions to the draft document may be given.
