MEETING DATE: October 6th, 2020 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize City Manager to sign the Fourth Amendment with HDR Engineering, Inc. BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the partially executed Fourth Amendment with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Davis Lane Lift Station and Norton Sewer Project. The developer of the Northwest Crossing subdivision NWX, LLC has requested that the new sewer main between Equestrian and Baxter be installed deeper than it is currently designed and was bid. This amendment is for the cost of the redesign for the deeper installation between Equestrian and Baxter. The developer will be reimbursing the City for the cost of this amendment and also for the additional cost of the deeper installation which will be processed in a future change order from the contractor.
