Upon departure of the Parking Manager, Michael Veselick(Economic Development Specialist) will be the City of Bozeman's project manager. At this point, final design workfor the white label icon (PARK BZN) and garage/lot signage is complete. Technical integration with T2 Systems isunderway, as well as software modifications that allow the PARK BZN applicat¡on to accurately reflect the costsand services of the Parking Seruices Division.S. Willson Lot - Return: The Parking Manager worked with the management of the Armory Hotel to prepare forthe successful return of the S. Willson surface lot to the possession and operation of the Parking Services Division.This effort included a new surfacing of the existing lot, as well as striping that matches the previous layout.Surface Lot Counting Svstems: T2 Systems was on-site the week of September 9th for final hardware and softwareinstallations necessary to implement the new garage occupancy signage at the Bridger Downtown Parking Garage.lnstallation is expected to be complete by 9/25/2020.Capital lmprovement Plan (ClP): The Parking Manager assisted D¡rector Fontenot in developing and submitting arevised CIP schedule for FY 22 - 26.
