Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-8 as submitted.

will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but
you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which

courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your

1. Resolution 5011, Special Assessment Levy for Special Improvement District 747 for Manley
Road (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5011, levying a special assessment upon benefitted
properties within Special Improvement District 747 for Manley Road.
2. Resolution 5195, Annual Assessment for the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID)
for Fiscal Year 2021 (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 5195, Annual Assessment for the Business
Improvement District (BID) for the FY 2021.
3. Resolution 5196, Annual Lighting Assessments for Fiscal Year 2021 (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 5196 for Annual Lighting Assessments for Fiscal Year
2021
4. Resolution 5212, Amending the FY21 Budget to Include to Transfer Funds from the Revolving
Loan Fund to the General Fund, and Transfer Funds From the General Fund to the SID Sinking
Service Fund for the Purpose of Financing Certain Local Improvements (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 5212 Amending the FY21 Budget to Include to Transfer
fund from the Revolving loan fund to the General Fund, and transfer funds from the General fund to the
SID Sinking Service Fund for the purpose of financing certain local improvements.
5. Resolution 5214, Final Adoption of the City of Bozeman's Legislative Priorities and Agenda for
the 2021 Montana Legislative Session (Veselik)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt the Resolution 5214 The City of Bozeman’s 2021 Legislative Priorities
and Agenda (as drafted or as amended).
6. Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (RPAB) (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint five members to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board for the
terms specified by the position.

Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Bozeman Parking Commission for the term
ending June 30, 2023 and one member to the term ending June 30, 2024.
