I’m thinking about the community plan, annexing properties into the city. Our area is
Sourdough Ridge Road. If you need something more, please let me know specifically
what you need.

Subject: Questions on water and sewer
What will be the effect to homeowners whose property is annexed, particularly with
respect to water and sewer? We have wells and septic systems. Will the city be
extending the water and sewer lines to accommodate the annexed properties? What is
the projected time frame for that? The projected cost to the property owners, both for
construction and for ongoing charges? Will the city require that the wells be capped?
What happens to the septic systems?
