Subj: URD proposal// Idaho Pole Site
As residents of this neighborhood (Fridley St.) for 47yrs, we vehemently opposed to this proposal for the
following
reasons.
1) Caustic dust during cleanup will not be healthy for the many seniors living in the immediate area.
2) Increased traffic flow and the need for new access road for the northeast neighborhood already
overcrowded by
the increase in population.
3) Who will this "development" benefit?? Another California developer?? Will this enhance this quiet
residential area??
Will this tax our residents out of town to pay for the infrastructure to support these developers??
Send this growth to the West of town that you have already destroyed with the apartments, townhouses
and roundabouts
that have destroyed our beautiful town. Stop the flow of people and businesses you want to support the
disaster that
you have created in the name of progress. We struggled to pass our new Law & Safety Center but you seem
to believe
attracting more people to our area is beneficial?? GET A CLUE
