All i can say is if your going to blindly give monies to HRDC, i think you should inspect everything. The
boulevards has the roof peeling off which in turn is causing water damage to the property. And as for the
improvements to the supposedly hvac system, it only has a heating system which is only what almost 80
years old. I suggest you walk and inspect EVERYTHING. Don't be fooled and hoodwinked. Oh did i mention
the Boulevard is a breeding ground for roaches, pests, and bed bugs. HEED THIS WARNING. Smoke and
mirrors, and Eyes wide shut.
