This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an asymmetrical facade consisting of an off-center front entrance and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in masonite siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with tin and features dormers and overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed.
