The round about is required for both the Town Pump 6 Lounge as well as the Town Pump 6 C Store (currently under construction and has concurrent construction of the roundabout approved) in the new Opportunity subdivision, the TP C Store is located to the South of Cattail Street between Max Avenue and North 19 th and the TP Lounge is located North of Cattail Street between Max Avenue and North 19 th . Both of these Town Pump buildings are the same owner. No water or sewer mains will be constructed or altered with the roadway improvements. The proposed roundabout design is shown in the attached site plan. Please consider our request at your earliest convenience. An email response is appropriate.
