COMMISSION MEETING
WORK SESSION AGENDA
Tuesday, September 7, 2004
A. Call to Order - 5:30 p.m.
B. Public comment
Any individuals wishing to address the Commission on any of the items on the
work session agenda are asked to do so at this time
C. Work Session Items - These items are for discussion only. Any formal actions must be
placed on a future agenda.
1. Update from the Library Board of Trustees and Foundation Board on status of
new library
Commission is being updated on the financial status of the library
project and will provide feedback on how the project should move
forward.
2. Establish process for selection of Municipal Judge, effective November 1 , 2004/
salary
The Commission will discuss developing a process to replace the
Municipal Judge, who will be leaving her position on November 1,
2004.
3. Process for setting of goals for upcoming fiscal year
The Commission will discuss the process of developing goals for
Fiscal Year 2005-2006.
4. Review of new agenda format and future Commission meeting schedule
The City Manager will give an overview of the revisions in the
agenda format for this week's meeting and his vision for future
Commission meetings, and seek Commission feedback.
