RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign a Public Street and Utility Easement and a Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement with The Headwaters Academy, Inc. for the Headwaters Academy project (19495).
BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed agreements. Engineering staff reviewed the documents and found them to be acceptable.
