For several years now I have been paying my city utility bill automatically via credit card. A great
convenience. I do though get a statement, which I also like. However, I also get an envelope to pay my bill.
And every month I have to throw it away. Is there no way to omit the envelope from my mailing and
everyone else who is on auto pay? It seems a terrible waste of money and creates unnecessary garbage.
