LeEtta L. Loterbauer - 0.275:t acres described as Tract 1, Van Horn Subdivision
(3324 West Babcock Street)
2. Commission Resolution No. 3750 - annexing 0.275::1: acres described as Tract 1,
Van Horn Subdivision (3324 West Babcock Street)
3. Ordinance No. 1623 - establishing initial municipal zoning designation of "R-3"
on 0.254-acre parcel described as Tract 1, Van Horn Subdivision (3324 West
Babcock Street); provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final
adoption
4. Commission Resolution No. 3751 - intent to create SID No. 683, improvements
to West Babcock Street from West Main Street to Yellowstone Avenue
5. Authorize City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement with John Rosa - 39.92
acres of land described as Tract B, COS No. 2389 (3833 Durston Road)
6. Commission Resolution No. 3752 - annexing 39.92 acres of land described as
Tract B, COS No. 2389 (3833 Durston Road)
7. Ordinance No. 1624 - establishing initial municipal zoning designations of "R-4"
(Residential High Density District) on the north 1 0.887 acres and "R-3"
(Residential Medium Density District) on the south 28.949 acres of Tract 8,
Certificate of Survey No. 2389 (3833 Durston Road); provisionally adopt and
bring back in two weeks for final adoption
8. Approval of final plat for Alder Creek Subdivision, Phase 2 (subdivide 13.7683
acres located north of Cambridge Drive, south of Allison Subdivision, Phase 2,
and west of South Third Avenue into 54 residential lots and public park)
9. Approval offinal plat for Cape-France MinorSubdivision (subdivide 10.667 acres
described as Tract A-2, COS No. 1827 into two lots and a common area) (lying
between Valley Center Road and 1-90 west of North 19th Avenue)
10. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment NO.2 to Professional Services
Agreement for North Rouse Avenue Trunk Sewer Main Replacement - Morrison-
Maierle, Inc., Bozeman, Montana - add 30 calendar days and $112,107.00
11. Authorize City Manager to sign - Professional Services Agreement for
Emergency Response Plan - HDR Engineering, Inc., Missoula, Montana - for
operation of the water treatment plant in case of an emergency
