1. Ordinance No. 1623 - establishing initial municipal zoning designation of "R-3"
on 0.254-acre parcel described as Tract 1, Van Horn Subdivision (3324 West
Babcock Street); finally adopt
2. Ordinance No. 1624 - establishing initial municipal zoning designations of "R-4"
(Residential High Density District) on the north 1 0.887 acres and "R-3"
(Residential Medium Density District) on the south 28.949 acres of Tract B,
Certificate of Survey No. 2389 (3833 Durston Road); finally adopt
3. Authorize City Manager to sign - Pedestrian access easement for Cape-France
Minor Subdivision (SE1/4 Section 26, T1S, R5E, PMM)
4. Authorize City Manager to sign - Professional Services Agreement Amendment No.1,
Water Facility Plan - Allied Engineering
5. Authorize City Manager to sign - Public street and utility easement for Spring Creek
Village Resort, Ravalli Street (Lot 2A, Minor Subdivision No. 338, Spring Creek Village
Resort)
6. Authorize City Manager to sign - Public access and utility easement for Spring Creek
Village Resort (Lot 2A, Minor Subdivision No. 338, Spring Creek Village Resort)
7. Award bid - one new 2004 or newer utility work machine for Wastewater
Treatment Plant - Strong and Bradley, Livingston, Montana - in the bid amount
of $39,900.00
8. Approval of liquor license renewals for 2005
