SUBJECT: Discussion of Documents Related to Public Records Requests
MEETING DATE: September 8, 2020 (Special Meeting)
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Action
BACKGROUND: Section 2.02.070.G, Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) authorizes two or
more City Commissioners to call a special meeting. A sufficient number of Commissioners have
done so. The purpose of the meeting is to provide the Commission an opportunity to discuss
documents produced during two recent public records requests. The documents are attached to
this memorandum. In addition, Commissioner Cunningham requested two emails be included.
