3. Commission Resolution No. 3767 - intent to annex 1.84 acres of land located at 780
Manley Road; set public hearing for February 22,2005
4. Approval of liquor license renewal for 2005
5. Authorize expenditure of $2,872.28 as partial reimbursement for costs billed by the State
of Montana Department of Environmental Quality for the Bozeman Solvent Site for the
period from April 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004
