Commission Resolution No. 3766 - creating Special Improvement District No. 683, improvements to West Babcock Street between West Main Street and Yellowstone Avenue 2. Acknowledge receipt of staff report - annexation of 780 Manley Road, Bozeman Building Traditions 3. Commission Resolution No. 3767 - intent to annex 1.84 acres of land located at 780 Manley Road; set public hearing for February 22,2005 4. Approval of liquor license renewal for 2005 5. Authorize expenditure of $2,872.28 as partial reimbursement for costs billed by the State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality for the Bozeman Solvent Site for the period from April 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004 6. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions E.
