I think it is time to consider a new speed limit for Highland Blvd. we have lived here seventeen years and
there have been huge traffic changes. There is now a busy grocery store whose parking lot's exit and
entrance is now on Highland. There is is funeral business that often has long groups of cars, there is a
Montessori school and a childcare facility. There are several ambulances and fire engines needing access
every day, growing because of the pandemic. Every weekend evening the boulevard is a site for sports car
and motorcycles speeding up and down because it is a great long hill to enjoy. I don't know when the speed
limit was developed, but I know for a fact, since we live here, that it should be looked at more carefully.
