This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City
Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will be taken by the Commission on work
session agenda items, no additional public comment will be taken during the remainder of the work
session unless spec~fically requested by a commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Creekwood Major Subdivision Preapplication and Concept PUD with relaxations-
development of 53-lot single-household subdivision located on the north side of
Bridger Canyon Road, northeast of Headlands Subdivision, zoned R-S
"Residential Suburban" and R-1 "Residential Single-Household Low Density"
