Good evening,
In regard to Mr. Fine's resolution #5145
I am Anthony Tangaro, General Manager of Empire Building Materials Inc. Empire has been operating in
Bozeman since 1954 and with its related parties employs over 400 residents of Bozeman and the
surrounding areas.
Please consider our need for the existing rail facilities boarding the Idaho Pole property being considered
for Urban Renewal and Blight designation today. Any restructure of the dock or unload area would greatly
impact our ability to conduct business. Safety also needs to be considered when talking about residential
development so close to Railroad and industrial activities.
