This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview
of the Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and
no action will be taken by the Commission on work session agenda items,
no additional public comment will be taken during the remainder of the
work session unless specifically requested by a commissioner. Please
limit your comments to 3 minutes.
D. Review of grant application for Justice Assistance Grant Program (JAG) - to fund costs
of acquiring a transport vehicle for tactical team personnel and equipment (Mark
Tymrak)

E. Review of 3 Parks Master Plan (James Goehrung)
Listen to staff presentation; discussion; direction to staff (to or not to set
for public hearing)
F. Informal review - Weissman Concept Planned Unit Development (Z-05016) and Pre-
application for Weissman Subdivision (P-05002) - subdivide approximately 3 acres at 1237
North Rouse Avenue into five lots, and allow redevelopment of sites through rehabilitation of
existing structures and construction of new structures (Susan Kozub)
