Honorable Commissioners,
In light of fact that OSHA regulations are minimal for storing ammonium nitrate, e.g. wood buildings with
no sprinkler system are permissible. Please have the fire chief determine exact locations, quantities, and
facility specifications for all ammonium nitrate fertilizer stored in or near Bozeman.
Please reply to let me know what is being done in Gallatin County regarding safe storage of ammonium
nitrate.
Sincerely,
Don Jackson
