1. Acknowledge receipt of staff report - request for annexation of 56.84-acre tract lying
east of Story Mill Road and north of Bridger Drive (lying immediately east of Legends
at Bridger Creek Subdivision) - Brownstone Capital, Inc., for Rugheimer Limited
Partnership (A-05006) (Jami Morris)
2. Commission Resolution No. 3808 - intent to annex 56.84-acre tract lying east of Story
Mill Road and north of Bridger Drive (lying immediately east of Legends at Bridger
Creek Subdivision); set public hearing for July 18, 2005
3. Commission Resolution No. 3809 - intent to amend Bozeman 2020 Community Plan
to amend land use designation from "Future Urban" to "Residential" on :t196.4 acres
lying along the west side of South 19th Avenue between Stucky Road and Blackwood
Road extended
4. Commission Resolution No. 3810 - amending the Bozeman 2020 Community Plan by
amending the land use designation from "Residential" to "Industrial" on 6.72 acres lying
along east side of Broadway Avenue between East Lamme Street extended and Front
Street
5. Ordinance No. 1642 - zone map amendment - amend the zone map by amending the
zoning designation from "R-2", Residential- Two-household, Medium-density, to "M-1 ",
Light Manufacturing, on 0.346 acres lying along the east side of Broadway Avenue,
immediately south of vacated Davis Street; provisionally adopt and bring back in two
weeks for final adoption
6. Authorize City Manager to sign - Easement Agreement from City of Bozeman to Qwest
Corporation - 30-foot by 20-foot easement at northwest corner of Bronken Park (lying
along south side of Durston Road)
7. Authorize City Manager to sign - Agricultural Lease between City of Bozeman and
Donald D. Dodge - 40 acres located at the Lyman Creek reservoir
8. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access
Easement and Agreement from Wysocki, Wysocki, Embry LLC - 30-foot-wide
easement across Lot 1, Amended Plat of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 18, Laurel Glen
Subdivision, Phase I (parcel located at northwest corner of Longbow Lane and
Glenellen Drive)
9. Authorize City Manager to sign - HOME Contract #M04-SG3001-12 with State of
Montana Department (for Accessible Space, Inc. affordable housing project)
10. Acknowledge receipt of request for annexation of 13.225 acres lying at northwest
corner of intersection of Durston Road and Fowler Avenue extended - Green Teal, LLC
for William and Lois Lydens; refer to staff
11. Approval of final plat for Foxtail Creek Major Subdivision - resubdivide :t1.48 acres
south of the intersection of Catron Street and Foxtail Street to allow 8 of 10 existing lots
to be subdivided and realigned into 12 single-household lots. for a total of 14 single-
family lots

12. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order for Story Mansion Minor
Subdivision - aggregate 26 lots located in Block 3, Butte Addition, into single lot (Story
Mansion, 811 South Willson Avenue)
13. Authorize and direct staff to proceed with preparation of application for CTEP monies
for landscaping and irrigation at new library site
14. Award bid for custodial services for City buildings - Roscoe Cleaning, Inc., Belgrade,
Montana - in the bid amount of $78,560.00 annually
15. Approval of Beer and Wine License for Calendar Year 2005 - Pizza Hut, 2300 West
Main Street
16. Acknowledge receipt of City Manager's Recommendations for the Budget for Fiscal
Year 2005-2006
17. Building Inspection Division report for May 2005

Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons
to complete the necessary actions
E. Public comment
This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each
agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to 3
minutes.
F. Public Hearings - Please state name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record
1. Variances for Cattail Lake Subdivision - to allow neighborhood center to have streets along
less than 50 percent of perimeter; allow blocks less than 200 feet wide; and allow parkland to
have frontage of less than 50 percent of its perimeter on streets; and waiver of parkland
dedication requirements to allow natural resources/critical wildlife habitat to meet those
requirements - Morrison-Maierle, Inc., for Cattail Lake, LLC (P-05011) (Lanette Windemaker)

perimeter; allow blocks less than 200 feet wide; and allow parkland to have frontage of less
than 50 percent of its perimeter on streets; and waiver of parkland dedication requirements to
