I am writing on behalf of David King's proposal for an ADU at his address of 418 South Bozeman Ave. I have looked
carefully at David's plans and believe they are in full compliance with the Planning Department's regulations concerning
ADU's.The design is certainly appropriate for the fabric of the neighbor and blends well with the existing structure in
terms of form, volume and use of integrative materials on the exterior. Furthermore, David's proposal is consistent with
the City of Bozeman's intent to encourage greater density within the city core via these types of infill projects. I am in full
support of David's proposal and encourage the Planning Departments's approval of same.

I am writing to comment on a proposed residential addition (ADU +garage) at 418 S. Bozeman. I have looked at the
architectural drawings. In my opinion the addition is a good fit for the neighborhood that retains the character of the
existing structures on the site while allowing for increased density and greater utilization of the lot.The plans are
consistent with the style of the neighborhood and the scale of the addition is appropriate for the site.The garage takes
advantage of existing alley access.
