This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each
agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to 3
minutes.

1. Commission Resolution No. 3838 - endorsing bond issue for new jail

1. City Manager's budget recommendations for Fiscal Year 2005-2006

This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will be
taken by the Commission on work session agenda items, no additional public comment
will be taken during the remainder of the work session unless specifically requested by
a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Informal review - Baxter Meadows Planned Unit Development - modify previously-approved
concept plan for planned unit development to allow applicant to develop -340 acres as a neo-
traditional mixed use development - Baxter Meadows West, LLC (Z-051 03) (Lanette
