The fee calculations are outlined below. The Preliminary PUD application is submitted concurrently with the Site Plans, and the expected fee reflects this assumption. Submitted concurrently with this application are the Subdivision Exemption, and the required PLS and N1 forms (with the associated adjoining property owners information).
